Artichoke bottoms filled with shrimps
Elaboration :
1. Drain 8 artichoke bottoms "Conales".
2. Lightly fry the shrimp over low heat butter.
3. Once outside the pan, add lemon, salt and pepper on the shrimp.
4. Fill the artichoke bottoms "Conales" with shrimp.
5. Add a dash of mayonnaise and parsley.
Ingredients :
1 Jar of Artichokes bottoms "Conales"
300 gr of Fresh Shrimp.
25 gr of Butter
3 Lemons squeezed.
Salt and pepper.
Parsley.
Mayonnaise.
