Ingredients :

1 Kg of Flour.

 

1 tablespoon of salt.

 

2 ½ cups of warm water.

 

2 tablespoons of oil.

 

30 grams of leaven.

 

1 cup of natural Tomato Sauce.

 

3 cups of Grated Mozzarella Cheese.

½ purple Onion.

 

1 Jar of Artichokes hearts "Conales".

Artichoke pizza

Elaboration :

 

1. In a deep bowl put 2 cups and half of warm water, add fine salt, 30 gr of leaven and 2 tablespoons of oil.

2. Mix well and before cooling, place the flour on the table in the form of a volcano and in the middle add the liquid.

3. Begin to knead well, when you notice that the dough is ready and does not stick, make a long roll and cut it into 4 pieces.

4. Cover the 4 pieces with a clean dry cloth and let stand 45 minutes,  each piece will began to grow and then you can start to make the pizza. Each piece is for 1 regular pizza.

5. Take a piece of dough and bring to a flat table. Extend it in a circular way.

6. Add natural tomato sauce and place the dough for 5 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 220 ° C.

7. Remove the dough from the oven and add Mozzarella Cheese, Purple Onion and Artichoke Bottoms cut into halves.

8. Bake at 220 ° C for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
